Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We currently ship within the U.S. via USPS and UPS. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

with orders placed within the United States (including U.S. territories). Also, orders placed $50 or more, after promotions and before taxes are applied

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can make it better.

Returns:

Due to the nature of our health and wellness products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.

  • You have 7 days from delivery to request a return if the order delivered is damaged or incorrect

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect

To initiate a return, email us at info@habitualhealth.net with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened supplements or products marked final sale

In-store policy

30 DAYS TO RETURN. Most items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. Unopened items paid for with credit/debit will be credited to the account. Items paid for with cash or opened items are for store credit only. NO CASH REFUNDS.
